Hey, guys! I am a hearing lesbian. I am an ASL student at the University of Cincinnati Clermont College under Kim Spatz. signing is a LOT of fun for me. So, if there's anyone in the Cincinnati area who would like to have an amazing friend, it would really mean a lot to me! Experience is the best teacher and who better to teach than someone who grew up in the middle of it all? Hope to hear from you soon! Thank you and Love!

...NEVER TALK AGAIN... So, Ashley's mom wouldn't let her go with us... :( maybe it's because she had to do her laundry. But, anyway, Joey then lost his cell phone and he lost her number and now I officially have no deaf friends/aquaintences that I can sign with and that makes me sad. The whole hearing world (except for those who can sign) can just walk off the face of the earth, for all I care. I only want to talk with my hands! Does that make any sence? I just want to know so many things about ASL and Deaf culture and the people... I just want to experience it firsthand. Not in the class room. That doesn't count. Maybe I'll just never talk again.

So, I've never really done this whole blog thing before. I guess it's just a place to write things about me for you so that you can find out. Well, it's 11:32 and right now, I am tired. Yay for bed! Tomorrow, I'm going to the Cincinnati Zoo with my best friend, Joey, who is also learning ASL, and he just told me that a Deaf aquaintence of ours, Ashley, may be joining us. So, I'm really excited. She's very good at reading lips and she's amazing with her vocals, but, believe it or not, I'd rather sign with her. :)
